This project focuses on sentiment analysis of Shopee app reviews collected from the Google Play Store, aiming to classify user feedback into positive, neutral, or negative sentiments. Using Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) classifiers, the project applies text preprocessing, feature extraction with TF-IDF and Bag of Words, and hyperparameter tuning to enhance model performance. The analysis provides insights into user perception and helps identify areas for app improvement based on sentiment trends.
